MAROM is a network of Jewish young adults aged 18-35 in more than 12 countries throughout Europe, Latin-America, Africa and FSU - under the umbrella organisation of MAROM Olami. MAROM aspires to enrich the lives of Jewish students and young adults across the world and develop the next generation of Jewish educators, rabbis, community leaders and active congregants.

MAROM Europe was officially founded in 2009 and is part of the world wide MAROM network.

The aim of MAROM is to be a focal social point for young adults who seek to find others with their frame of mind and to create a welcoming, engaging and inspiring environment. MAROM is dedicated to leading activities and creating a space that inspire young Jews in their Judaism and to allow for a smooth continuation from youth movement involvement.

MAROM aspires to instill the values of:
•    Masorti Judaism, through strengthening Jewish identity and living a modern, Jewish lifestyle along with Jewish learning.
•    Zionism, based on the centrality of the Jewish State of Israel and maintaining a strong identity with the people of Israel, encouraging participation in short and long term programs and encouraging Aliyah.
•    Tikkun Olami and social justice through activism and study

MAROM is an acronym for "Mercaz Masorti v'Ruchani" which means "Center for Spiritual and Traditional Judaism"
